在这个(gè )时(shí )节该如(rú )何调理(lǐ )养(yǎng )生(shēng )?宋曙霞认(rèn )为(wéi ),在饮食上(shàng )可多吃有芬芳气(qì )味(wèi )的蔬菜,如(rú )韭菜、香菜、葱(cōng )、蒜、荠(qí )菜、香椿等,以疏肝(gān )柔肝(gān )。另(lìng )外,俗(sú )语(yǔ )称“春日吃春芽”,也就是说这个季节(jiē )可吃(chī )鲜绿的嫩芽,比(bǐ )如(rú )豆(dòu )芽、蒜苗(miáo )、豆(dòu )苗、莴苣等,禁(jìn )食(shí )或(huò )少(shǎo )食辛辣刺激食物(wù ),以免肝火上炎。
