在(zài )这个时(shí )节该如何调理养生?宋曙霞认为,在(zài )饮食上可多(duō )吃(chī )有芬(fēn )芳气味的(de )蔬菜,如韭菜、香菜(cài )、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜、香(xiāng )椿等(děng ),以疏肝柔(róu )肝(gān )。另(lìng )外,俗(sú )语称“春(chūn )日吃(chī )春芽”,也(yě )就是(shì )说(shuō )这(zhè )个季节(jiē )可吃鲜(xiān )绿的(de )嫩芽,比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食(shí )或少(shǎo )食(shí )辛辣刺激食物,以免(miǎn )肝火上炎。
