人才(cái )队伍建(jiàn )设是提(tí )升托育服务质量的保障(zhàng )。面对(duì )当(dāng )前托育(yù )专(zhuān )业人才短(duǎn )缺这一(yī )瓶颈(jǐng ),长沙师(shī )范(fàn )学(xué )院学(xué )前教(jiāo )育学院院长(zhǎng )张(zhāng )晓辉建议,从教(jiāo )师(shī )专业(yè )标(biāo )准体系建设出发,将托(tuō )育机(jī )构师资纳入其中,提(tí )高托育(yù )服(fú )务专(zhuān )业化水平;从学(xué )历提升和专业成(chéng )长考虑,拓宽专业人员发展(zhǎn )路(lù )径,增强托育(yù )机(jī )构从(cóng )业(yè )人(rén )员对职业(yè )的归属感、荣誉感。
