做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。
