人才(cái )队伍建设是(shì )提升托育服务质量的保障。面对当(dāng )前托育(yù )专业(yè )人才(cái )短缺这一(yī )瓶颈,长(zhǎng )沙(shā )师范学(xué )院学(xué )前教(jiāo )育学(xué )院院(yuàn )长(zhǎng )张晓辉建议,从教师专业标准体系建(jiàn )设出发,将托(tuō )育机构师资(zī )纳入(rù )其中,提(tí )高托育(yù )服务(wù )专(zhuān )业化(huà )水平(píng );从学(xué )历(lì )提(tí )升(shēng )和专业成(chéng )长考虑,拓宽专(zhuān )业人员发展路径,增(zēng )强托(tuō )育机构从(cóng )业人员(yuán )对职(zhí )业的(de )归属(shǔ )感、荣(róng )誉(yù )感。
