在这个(gè )时(shí )节该如(rú )何调理(lǐ )养生?宋曙霞认为,在饮食上(shàng )可多吃有芬芳气(qì )味的(de )蔬(shū )菜,如(rú )韭菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜、香椿(chūn )等,以疏(shū )肝柔(róu )肝。另(lìng )外,俗(sú )语称(chēng )“春(chūn )日吃春(chūn )芽”,也(yě )就(jiù )是说(shuō )这(zhè )个季(jì )节(jiē )可吃鲜绿(lǜ )的嫩芽(yá ),比如(rú )豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁(jìn )食或(huò )少食(shí )辛(xīn )辣刺激食物(wù ),以(yǐ )免肝(gān )火上炎。
