人才(cái )队伍建设是提(tí )升托(tuō )育(yù )服(fú )务质(zhì )量(liàng )的保障。面对当(dāng )前托育专(zhuān )业(yè )人(rén )才短(duǎn )缺这一瓶颈,长沙师范学(xué )院学前教育(yù )学院院长张晓辉建议,从教(jiāo )师(shī )专业标准体(tǐ )系(xì )建(jiàn )设出(chū )发(fā ),将托育(yù )机构师资纳(nà )入其(qí )中,提高托育服(fú )务(wù )专业化(huà )水(shuǐ )平(píng );从(cóng )学(xué )历提升和专业成(chéng )长考(kǎo )虑,拓宽专(zhuān )业人员发展路径,增(zēng )强托育机构从业人员(yuán )对职业的归属(shǔ )感(gǎn )、荣(róng )誉感。
