做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
